I'm what best could be described as a vulnerable customer. I have stage 4 cancer and need to use online overseas transfers to pay for overseas treatment. I had originally tried using traditional bank transfers. These were a slow process and problematic. A fellow patient recommended this company Cosmos Currency Exchange, so I went with them. There were a few small teething problems with setting up online at the time, but I was encouraged by their quick response and level of customer service. They understood my situation and it was so refreshing to deal with a company that were easily contactable. They gave a true personalised service. When it came to the transfer it was smooth and extremely quick. I'd definitely recommend and will be using them again.
